About Us:

Elevate Teams is a US recruitment company that helps independent insurance agencies across the US to grow their teams by providing them with our pre-trained teammates (you!). We support their back-office and customer service operations so they can better serve their customers and ultimately grow their agencies.

We provide our teammates (bilingual professionals in Latin America) with long-term, work-from-home placements with our clients, working as Remote Insurance Assistants.

Our HR department provides paid training to new teammates to prepare them for their new careers in insurance, and our Customer Success Managers support teammates and clients to ensure work placements run smoothly.

About the Training & Job:

If you pass our selection process, you’ll be invited to join our next insurance training. A 4-week paid training conducted via Zoom video calls, during which you’ll be taught about the insurance industry, how to use agency management systems like AMS 360, Applied Epic, and Hawksoft, and how to carry out industry-specific admin and customer service tasks.

Following successful completion of the training, we’ll put your profile forward to our clients to be interviewed by them, and selected for a long-term work placement (note that there may be a waiting period of several days/weeks before you are successfully placed). Once placed you will be helping their admin & customer service areas by carrying out tasks such as:

  • Input and update customer information in the client’s agency management system.

  • Respond to customer emails, resolving simple queries or elevating complex cases.

  • Answer incoming phone calls (you’ll be given a VoIP account to use from your laptop).

  • Call carriers to gather information about customers’ insurance policies.

  • Issue binders, policies, and endorsements.

  • Process and revise draft insurance proposals or quotes.

  • Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.

  • Create and maintain files according to policies and procedures guidelines.

  • Download policy documents and certificates and send to the required parties.

  • Call and email customers regarding notices of cancellations and renewals.

  • Other relevant duties as assigned.

About the Advantages:

  • Gain experience working with international companies.

  • Continue to perfect your English while working in a multicultural environment.

  • Work from the comfort of your home – no daily commuting to the office.

  • Receive paid training and get experience in a new industry.

  • Long-term, stable work – our placements last years, not months.

  • Great work/life balance – insurance roles are very much ‘9 to 5’ type jobs.

  • Work with a talented, dynamic team in a rapidly growing company.

  • Earn competitive pay in USD.

  • Potential for client performance bonuses.

About the Pay & Benefits:

  • Starting pay of US$4/hr (US$640-740/month based on full-time).

  • Pay increase after 12 months with the client to US$5/hr (approx. US$850/month).

  • Pay increase after 24 months with the client to US$6/hr (approx. US$1020/month).

  • Subsequent pay increases at each work anniversary completed with a client.

  • Many clients reward their teammates with significant annual bonuses.

Full-time client roles are eligible for our benefits program, which includes:

  • Most US Federal Holidays as PTO

  • Minimum 5 additional PTO days for personal use.

  • Gym/Wellness allowance.

  • Birthday/Anniversary bonuses.

  • Medical stipend after 12 months of client placement.

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. We take pride in the diversity of our team and seek diversity in our applicants.
