We are looking for a Recruiter who can help to grow our internal and client-facing teams. This opportunity is for an experienced hiring professional who has worked online and has a proven track record of successfully filling at least 5 vacancies per month with high-quality candidates. Being bilingual (English & Spanish) is a must. For this position, we’d love to work with someone who:

Has at least 2 years of experience in recruiting in the LATAM market

Impeccable People Skills

Great Communicator in English and Spanish, both written and verbal

We prefer someone who:

Has PROVEN experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite and common job portals in the LATAM market

Have PROVEN experience in sourcing hundreds of pre-screened contacts per week

Have PROVEN experience interviewing tens of candidates per week

Experience using ATS software.

Must have the ability to repeat a task and remain committed to it

Knowledgeable in using G-Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
